A list of covered services:

Regularly developing, updating, and adjusting housing support and crisis/safety plans. -
Identifying and addressing behaviors early to prevent housing instability. -
Educating tenants and property managers on their rights, roles, and responsibilities. -
Providing transportation for housing-related discussions with the client present. -
Supporting cultural needs and practices in interactions with landlords, property managers, and neighbors. -
Coaching on building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and neighbors. -
Advocating for community resources to prevent eviction and ensure housing stability. -
Assisting with the housing recertification process. -
Ongoing training on lease compliance, responsible tenancy, and household management. -
Helping clients apply for benefits to maintain stable housing. -
Supporting clients in managing and increasing income and benefits for housing security. -
Strengthening community-based housing support networks, including cultural and identity-based resources. -
Collaborating with landlords and property managers to promote housing retention. -
Coordinating access to assistive technology. -
Arranging adaptive home modifications as needed.

Coverage for room and board, including moving expenses. -
Assistance with deposits. -
Support for food expenses. -
Provision of essential furnishings. -
Rent assistance. -
Coverage for utility costs. -
Charges for missed appointments. -
Staff travel time without the client present. -
Delivery of services in a group setting, either directly or indirectly. -
Services offered outside of Minnesota are not covered.
