A list of not covered services:

• 
  Coverage for room and board, including moving expenses.
• 
  Assistance with deposits.
• 
  Provision of essential furnishings.
• 
  Support for food expenses.
• 
  Rent assistance.
• 
  Coverage for utility costs.
• 
  Charges for missed appointments.
• 
  Compensation for staff travel when the client is not present or when housing services are not discussed.
• 
  Delivery of services in a group setting, either directly or indirectly.
• 
  Transition services are not provided if the client passes away before discharge or if services extend beyond 180 days.
• 
  Housing transition services must not duplicate other available assistance.
• 
  Housing tours outside of Minnesota are not covered.
